This case describes the basic financial business accounts – Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. The importance of financial ratios for measuring liquidity and operational performance is discussed. Some basic ratios are then described.
The in-case Task asks the student to carry out some amendments to a Balance Sheet and P&L account and to calculate some financial ratios.
